I am Ebrima Jobe, a Distant Learning Masters of Business Administration student. I am running for Course Representative for the University of the West of Scotland’s Masters of Business Administration Class of 2020. I never serve as a course representative during my educational career but have the believe that I can be a good one if given the opportunity. Taking into consideration the role of course representative: Staff – Student liaison at course level, I think I acquired the required skills and experience to effectively serve in that capacity.

I have a fairly strong leadership skills couple with good facilitation and negotiation techniques which I trust are key ingredients in making up a good course representative. I very capable of receiving issues, share and discuss them with relevant stakeholders and give adequate and timely feedback to the originator.

Finally, I hope this role would expose me to new experiences in relation to cultural diversity, giving and receiving feedback and organisational culture, norms and values.
