I would like to put myself forward for student representative - Sports Coaching and Development (1^st Year). This would give me the opportunity to relay everyone’s ideas over to staff at UWS. I would ensure all students have a voice and no one’s thoughts and opinions go unheard. I would try to improve the communications between staff and students as I have found that over the first week of studying this has been an issue for many of us. I would also ensure that I try to keep everyone up to date with events that are ongoing for students, whether that was if we get on campus or if we are volunteering or even if someone is just confused about deadlines. I would like to make our first year at university as memorable, and easy (especially during these times) as possible.
