I am a mature student who, as an ex-customer service representative, addictions recovery coach and facilitator of recovery meetings, has experience with patiently and respectfully listening to and representing others, especially the more vulnerable in society. Whatever your ethnicity, nationality, worldview, sexual orientation, caste, sex, gender, or disability etc, I shall be pleased to be your first port of call for issues you want dealt with within UWS.
