The Midwifery Society have consistently been one of the most active and impactful societies at UWS. Students on the course come together to provide each other with peer support, additional learning and friendship. This has been successfully passed down from one year to the next. In 2024/25, the Students’ Union interviewed Midwifery students and staff to gain a better understanding of the society and what it has achieved. • The Midwifery Society has had a significant, positive impact on students’ university experience
• This is achieved through establishing a strong peer support network across year groups, with the aim of supporting each other through their course
