The UWS Student Union London was buzzing with excitement last week as we welcomed a brand-new group of students during our One Week Induction event 12-16 may. It was a week filled with warm welcomes, great conversations, and the beginning of many new friendships.

Throughout the induction, students took part in campus tours, informative sessions, connect with staff, and most importantly — get to know each other. Whether it was chatting over coffee, attending welcome talks, got creative at the arts and crafts station or simply introducing themselves to someone new, the atmosphere was open, friendly, and full of positive energy.

What truly made the week special was the way students connected with one another. There was a real sense of community, with new faces turning into familiar ones by the end of the week. The enthusiasm and openness shown by everyone created an environment where people felt comfortable and excited about the journey ahead.

We’re incredibly proud of our new students your energy, kindness, and willingness to engage made this induction week a huge success. You’ve already shown the best of what UWS is all about: community, inclusivity, and spirit.
