To ensure that students get regular feedback of assignments/thesis from tutors
Easy access to the tutors and lecturers.
Extending the library hours for the doctorate students, when the lockdown is taken off.
Increasing workshop on software such as NVIVO, SPSS, and having one to one sessions for DBA students who need help with the use of this software if they want.
Regular and equal accountability to all the students.
Work by liaising between the students and the management
