Hi all

I am Umesh, as  Management student. I started my studies here at the UWS with a bang, getting involved in different programmes  as I see the great posibilities on our university holds and I wish to contribute to that legacy!

I am standing for the role of School Officer as I am excited to build a productive academic career not just for myself, but for all my current fellow students and any and all new ones to come.  As a School Officer, I promise to continue to build on this newly laid foundation and work my hardest through the rest of my studies in here to ensure all students have the best possible student experience here at the University of West of Scotland. If selected as a School Officer I vow to listen to the voices of all students. I truly believe we have the potential to become better as a community and I will work my hardest to build bridges not only within the business school, but to ensure all schools have equal opportunitiesand promise to make every effort to better the communication between the University and the student body and to ensure there is a bridge between all the appropiate parties utilised effectively! If given the honour of being elected, I will work tirelessly to make our studies here the best they can be. I believe great changes are in the air, and I want to give you all more transparent information, more involvement and support. 

Everyone here at the UWS are equals and working hard and I promise to try my hardest to make sure no one leaves here with a frown, be it a Erasmus student or someone who have spent a few years with us already! 

Vote for me and I promise to join you on your student journey and together we can ensure our time here at the University of West of Scotland will be worth the while and utilised to the maximum capacity.
