ABOUT THIS ORGANISATION
Skate Rite is a brand-new, grass-roots charity launching on January 9th, founded by a disabled skater, to champion accessible and friendly skating for everyone.
Across the UK, the skating community is experiencing a wider revolution, shifting away from old, exclusive stereotypes towards a culture of radical inclusion. Skate Rite is bringing that change to the heart of the Scottish skate scene, which is already evolving thanks to grass-roots DIY projects and inclusive groups. We’re creating a space where all wheels are welcome, regardless of ability, age, or background, proving that the joy of rolling is for every body. Join us as we build a community that redefines what it means to be a skater in Scotland.
