Details of the post:
Looking for a new, fun job that works around you and your studies?
Looking to find workplace that values its staff and pays the living wage?
Previous to the pandemic the Union hosted a variety of exciting events including paint parties, silent discos, bingo and pub quizzes. As things are getting back to normality, we are looking for people that enjoy meeting new people and would like to work in an environment that isn’t the same day to day.
Is having previous bar or barista experience is going to give you extra brownie points? Maybe…. but we are more interested in hiring outgoing and fun people to join our team. Full training will be provided and you will have a chance to meet the full team before you start.
You aren’t just bar staff, you represent the Union! You’ll learn about every part of the Union and will be able to help students of UWS, whether that be to just to make a coffee, pour a pint or to direct them to the other services the Union provides.
If you’re interested in applying please send your CV and a small email stating what campus you would like to work on and why you want to work at the Union to our Commercial Venues Manager: email@example.com
