Hey everyone,

My name's Gary and I think I would be a good student rep because I like to help people whenever I can. 

I'm pretty tech savvy and will be able to assist in various areas where people might be experiencing problems relating to this online learning situation, we find ourselves in. 
I worked on oil rigs for almost 10 years, with the last 4 years being in a supervisory position. I am not intimidated by "bosses" or anyone "higher up" in any kind of hierarchy so you can bet your cotton socks that if you need something brought up at meetings, I'll be able to do that for you. 

I am a student just like everyone else and if there is anything that I can do to make it easier for all of us then I will or at least try.
