Hello!

My name is Paige McAvoy and I would like to nominate myself as your Year 1 student rep. My main goal with this role is to voice any concerns you have in your first year at UWS. 

I want to use my skills and experience of already being through the university system at the University West of Scotland to make a difference for us all. As we are all aware these are very uncertain times and not at all what many of us thought starting this course would be like. I will make sure communication stays consistent in order for us to be kept up to date with the changes that happen around us everyday and that YOUR questions ARE answered. I will make sure that at home learning and studying is accessible for you all and that no one is being left behind. 

I understand that times are tough and not only will I be here for your academic concerns, but I am just a message a way for anyone who needs a chat or any advice (I will try my very best to help). We all get overwhelmed in life, you are not alone.
