Hi, I'm Kristina!

I've just entered my third (and final...gulp) year of the BSc Adult nursing programme at Paisley Campus!

I love engaging with students at all stages of their undergraduate journey, making people feel supported and part of our big nursing family is my favourite thing!

I'm standing for re-nomination as a student rep, after being appointed in April 2020 during the closure of all UWS campuses due to Covid-19 and was involved in supporting our students through this time, providing information, and asking staff the questions on our students minds.

I believe that student nurses deserve to have their voices heard, and that student nurses who are supported throughout their education will become more confident and content practitioners that strive to do their best for the individuals in their care.

If I am elected, I promise to ask the difficult questions, break down the complicated answers and provide support to the best of my ability.

(I'd also love to be involved in organising our cohort's graduation ball - Covid permitting - and making it the most memorable night!)
