As a returning student with more than 20 years of practical experience in the journalism industry, I believe I can help the younger members of my class and will be happy to do so in any way I can.

I would also be comfortable communicating with the lecturers to act as a mediator between staff and students if required.

I passionately believe that the world would be a happier and more peaceful place if there was more communication and mutual understanding. Therefore, I am committed to opening those channels and encouraging anyone with a worry or a need to speak up and ask for help.
