I am currently a student rep for 2018 cohort and feel the skills I have developed through this could be brought to divisional level. It is important nursing students have a voice and are part of the process of change and decisions. I feel I have built trusting relationships with my feel students and lecturers which is vital during the current pandemic.  I am open and honest in a professional manner with the students wellbeing at heart. Divisional level would help me develop these skills and become more involved than before. This opportunity would be amazing.
