My name is Nikola Zlatev and I am currently a second year student doing Sport Coaching with Development course in UWS. I am an individual with vast experience in coaching and the personal development sphere. My slogan was formed by my passion for working with people in general and more specifically children, with the hope of providing them with the best possible opportunities. My coach character does not let me miss on any chance for professional development and personal growth and is also the reason I love helping people by improving them in aspects connected to their sport skills, emotional development or any other sphere of their life that that they might need support with. 

My belief is that there are many talents in this world, hidden by the lack of community representation. With the position of a Division Rep, I would like to have the voice of my peers heard by the rest of the university and hopefully contribute to changes that will improve the quality of student experience for the current and future students of University of West of Scotland.
