I am Mojolaoluwa Alabi, Opeyemi a PGR student representative in the Division of Education and an applicant who intends to serve as a Doctoral College Board Members at the Doctoral College. I am of the view that the doctoral college plays a fundamental role in our lives and I humbly believe that I have the requisite skills and ability to function effectively as Doctoral College Board member if elected.

My initial aim is to improve community spirit which will increase communication between the Doctoral College and the doctoral student, to improve the experience of all doctoral students and also increase the reputation of the University.

If elected as a member of the Doctoral College Board, I will provide platforms that will connect and network other researchers across the University, make friends and contacts relating to your area of research to help them progress.

If selected and you empower me with your trust, I will undertake with diligence expected duties and responsibilities, such as attending meetings and any other task associated with this important portfolio. I will share important information with my peers and school contact to gather information or ideas to bring to the meetings.
