My name is Stella Tokode, I’m  currently a MSc student  of  Project Management under the division of  the school of Engineering . 

If elected, I intend to achieve the following objectives  :

1. Be a representative of engineering students for all academic related issues and create a more inclusive environment of community within the school so as to improve the level of satisfaction for students.
2. Keep every student up to date with information pertaining to the school through frequent updates.
3. Work as a team with all engineering students and create an official route through which their concerns and opinions can be raised.
4. Arrange additional tutorial lectures to cover materials near examination and test period, extend coursework deadline during busy times and raise problems with assessment or results.
5. Lecture free week will be a free week for students without any lectures, no presentations, or handling over of coursework in that week. This will help the students  to ease themselves from all academic stress.
6. Organise a lunch event with the students and UWS board  to recognise the school Governing  boards like the  Principal and Vice chancellor of UWS, Dean of school of computing, Engineering and Physical sciences. This will add more to our Educational experience at UWS as some of us have neither seen  nor know any of these people.
7. Create a platform for alumni and current UWS students to relate and share ideas about their coursework and assignments.
8. Create a balance lifestyle for students and reducing the stressful end of term coursework submission deadlines.

Finally, I would  work well with other students and make their voices heard at all times.
