My name is Joseph Gibson and I am a 3rd year Business Student. I have been a student representative for 2 years, regularly attend Student Council and I am on the Representative Working Group. If you have been to events in the Paisley Union you may have seen me behind a camera!

The role of Union Chair is to hold your Sabbatical Officers to account on your behalf. Union Chair can not influence policy beyond this and has no voting rights within the Association. However, I feel that  it is important that your Sabbatical Officers are supported and encouraged to achieve the pledges they have made to you, the Student Body. 

If elected, I will help your Sabbatical Officers in their roles and ensure they are working hard on your behalf. Together we can make a difference to your student experience across all campuses.
