ROLE DESCRIPTION

During these times people are feeling more isolated and lonelier. Our befrienders offer the chance for someone just to have a wee chat or do a fun activity over the phone with someone to brighten up their week. Our befrienders like to chat about all thing’s health and wellbeing; suggestions of activities, sharing recipes, talking about exercise, favourite hobbies or discussing our favourite books and tv programmes!

Our befrienders are all fully trained and PVG checked.

If talking on the phone is not for you, we do also do doorstep chats or small group walk and talks.
