About us


Our purpose:

To improve the health, fitness and mental health of all students within the University and promote a better outlook to becoming more active.


What we do:

Host gym sessions that are achievable for everyone by educating on how to lift safely and effectively and encourage all members to work hard to feel a sense of pride in what they are doing.


Planned session dates:

  • Functional fitness gym session 23/02/24(1230/1330)
  • Functional fitness gym session 12/03/24 (1230/1330)
  • UWS Functional fitness charity competition 3&4/5/24 (0900/1600)
